By accessing or using Fadaqdata (the “Service”), operated by FADAQDATA TELECOM SERVICE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Fadaqdata platform and its services. By registering for an account, funding your wallet, purchasing a service, using an API, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You must not create or use an account for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Fadaqdata may provide wallet funding and payment options through supported payment channels. Wallet balances are intended for use within the Service and may be subject to transaction records, verification, limits, and applicable processing rules.
You should confirm payment details before completing a transaction. Where a payment is received successfully but a service transaction is not completed, the platform may process the transaction according to its applicable refund, reconciliation, or reversal procedures.
Fadaqdata provides digital services including airtime, data, cable TV subscriptions, electricity payments, examination pins, airtime-to-cash services, and other services made available through the platform.
Because many transactions are processed electronically and may be delivered immediately, users are responsible for checking recipient numbers, network selections, service selections, meter numbers, smart-card numbers, and other transaction details before submission.
A completed transaction may not be reversible where the underlying provider has already fulfilled the service. Where a transaction fails or remains unresolved, Fadaqdata may investigate and reconcile it in accordance with the applicable provider and platform procedures.
You must not use the Service to commit fraud, facilitate unlawful activity, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, impersonate another person, submit malicious data, or otherwise violate applicable laws or these Terms.
API access, where offered, is subject to the applicable account type, API credentials, rate limits, provider availability, and technical requirements. API credentials must be kept confidential and must not be exposed publicly or shared with unauthorized persons.
Users and developers are responsible for requests made with their API credentials and for integrating the API in a manner that does not abuse, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
Fadaqdata may request identity, account, or transaction information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, regulatory, verification, or service-delivery purposes. Users must provide truthful information and cooperate with reasonable verification requirements.
Where a referral programme is available, referral benefits are subject to the applicable referral rules. Fadaqdata may review, reverse, suspend, or withhold referral benefits where activity appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or inconsistent with the programme rules.
Fadaqdata will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks, payment providers, telecom operators, utility providers, or other external systems. Delays, outages, provider errors, network failures, and circumstances outside Fadaqdata’s reasonable control may affect service delivery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fadaqdata is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by a user, unauthorized use of an account caused by the user’s failure to protect credentials, or failures originating from third-party systems beyond Fadaqdata’s reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian law.
